Overview

In this 8th webcast of our series, Andile Khumalo will look at the impact of COVID-19 on our business and communities and how we will be required to be resilient and adaptable to transition to a different world. In the second session, we will focus on the need for and developing fit for purpose leaders, culture and PEOPLE. These are the types of people and organizations that will succeed in this brave new world

About our presenters

Andile Khumalo

Andile is the CEO of The Brodkast Group, an investor in the Technology, Media and Telecommunication sectors. He is the former Managing Director of POWER 98.7 and former COO of MSG Afrika. Andile is a former investment banker with Investec Corporate Finance, Andile is a former member of the Takeover Regulations Panel, a previous director of South African Airways, the former President of the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants of Southern Africa (ABASA), and a former member of the FSB’s Directorate of Market Abuse.

 

 

Dr Alex Granger

Considered one of the top leadership, personal mastery, and high performance speakers and trainers, as well as executive coaches in Africa. His work has been embraced by business leaders of blue chip companies, associations, institutes, and leaders in government. Alex holds a Ph.D with his thesis on Epistemological Mindsets, a Doctor of Excellence (Honoris Causa) from Auream Phoenix University, and an Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) from the Gordon‘s Institute of Business Science with a distinction in Leadership. In addition, he is also a certified NLP Life Coach
