The meeting will be held at the SAICA Offices at 17 Fricker Road, Illovo, Sandton, on Wednesday, 28 May 2025. Although the formal AGM commences at 10:00, a special VIP guest will be addressing members at 08:30.

Registration and proxy voting via SAICA’s e-voting platform will open at 10:00 on Wednesday, 07 May 2025 and close at 10:00 on Tuesday, 28 May 2025.

Please note that only members “in good standing” (up to date with all amounts owed to SAICA) are eligible to register and vote at the AGM.  If you have any questions about your membership status or encounter difficulties registering, please contact saica@saica.co.za for assistance. All outstanding payments must be made ahead of the AGM to order participate in the AGM.

In order to use the e-voting facility, members must register and cast their proxy e-votes and follow the on-screen prompts, which will be detailed in the e-voting guidelines. There will be no paper-based proxy-voting option and all proxy voting will be conducted through the e-voting system.

Voting will also be possible on the e-voting solution during AGM proceedings on 28 May 2025.

Introduction
These terms and conditions will apply to all bookings for a seminar or conference or workshop or webcast or similar event organised or to be organised by SAICA or any of its representatives and marketed as such ('Event'). All bookings will be subject to a confirmation by SAICA and once confirmation of a booking has been sent the booking will be confirmed.
  1. Bookings and Confirmations
    1. Bookings can only be done online. Once submitted such booking shall be deemed to be confirmed. All bookings will receive a confirmation email the day before said event with full details on how to log on to the event.
  2. Limitation of Liability
    To the extent allowed by law, SAICA shall not be liable to any person whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage caused by or arising from any fact or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of SAICA, or which is consequential or incidental or damage of whatever nature and howsoever arising from or in connection with any booking. To the extent allowed by law, SAICA's liability shall in any event and under all circumstances be limited to the refund of the Event fee.
