Session 4: Members in business and the public interest: ethics and professional integrity
This session promises to provide some challenging insights for CA’s in their role as responsible leaders. Prof Mervyn King will highlight the CA’s responsibility as ethical and effective leaders in the creation of sustainable value for a wide range of stakeholders, and the promotion of ethics in all the spheres and roles that they function in. Afterwards the panel of business leaders will discuss the current status of ethics and professional integrity in the corporate reporting eco-system, and answer some challenging questions around the implementation of solutions to ethics challenges in the business environment.
