The meeting will be held at the SAICA Offices at 17 Fricker Road, Illovo, Sandton, on Wednesday, 10 September 2025. The formal SGM commences at 12:00, below is the programme for the day:
10:30 – 11:45 Registration
11:45 – 12:00 Guests move through to venue / online guest login
12:00 – 14:00 SGM
Registration and proxy voting via SAICA’s e-voting platform will open at 12:00 (SAST) on Tuesday, 19 August 2025, and close at 12:00 (SAST) on Monday, 8 September 2025. There will be no paper-based proxy-voting option, all proxy voting will be conducted through the e-voting system.
In order to use the e-voting facility, members must register and cast their proxy e-votes and follow the on-screen prompts which will be detailed in the e-voting Guidelines. There will be no paper-based proxy-voting option and all proxy-voting will be conducted through the e-voting system.
Voting will also be possible on the e-voting solution during SGM proceedings on Wednesday, 10 September 2025.

Please note that only members “in good standing” (as defined in the Constitution) are eligible to register and vote at the SGM. If you have any questions about your membership status or encounter difficulties registering, please contact saica@saica.co.za for assistance. All outstanding payments must be made ahead of the SGM in order to participate in the SGM.
Those members who intend to attend the SGM physically, at the SAICA premises are encouraged to register to allow SAICA to make the necessary arrangements.
