The SAICA New Members Welcoming Event is a special occasion dedicated to celebrating the dedication, perseverance, and excellence that have brought you to this moment, while formally welcoming our new CA(SA), AGA(SA), and AT(SA) members into the profession.

As you take your professional oath and receive your pledge certificate, we celebrate not only the dedication, perseverance, and excellence that have brought you to this moment, but also your formal entry into a community founded on integrity, trust, and professional excellence.

Join fellow new members, SAICA leadership, and distinguished guests for an evening of celebration, reflection, and connection as we recognise your achievement and welcome you into the profession. The programme will include addresses by SAICA leaders, the pledge ceremony, and an inspiring keynote address exploring the opportunities, responsibilities, and impact that accompany membership of the profession.

This is more than a celebration of what you have achieved. As you become part of the SAICA community, you join a profession whose reputation has been built over generations on trust, excellence, and ethical conduct. The designation is a recognition of your accomplishment, but it also carries a responsibility to uphold the values of the profession and contribute positively to the organisations, communities, and society you serve. New members only (members who qualified between 01 June 2025 and 30 June 2026)

PLEASE NOTE:

Cancellation Policy

Failure to cancel your attendance at least five (5) working days before the event, or failure to attend a complimentary event without notice, will result in an administration fee of R500.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, cancellations received less than three (3) days prior to the event will be considered at no charge. Supporting documentation will, however, be required.
