The meeting will be held at the SAICA Offices at 08 Anslow Lane, Bryanston, Sandton, on Tuesday, 26 May 2026. The formal AGM commences at 12:00, below is the programme for the day:
10:30 – 11:45 Registration
11:45 – 12:00 Guests move through to venue / online guest login
12:00 – 14:00 AGM
Registration and proxy voting via SAICA’s e-voting platform will open at 12:00 (SAST) on Tuesday, 19 August 2025, and close at 12:00 (SAST) on Monday, 8 September 2025. There will be no paper-based proxy-voting option, all proxy voting will be conducted through the e-voting system.
In order to use the e-voting facility, members must register and cast their proxy e-votes and follow the on-screen prompts which will be detailed in the e-voting Guidelines. There will be no paper-based proxy-voting option and all proxy-voting will be conducted through the e-voting system.
Voting will also be possible on the e-voting solution during AGM proceedings on Wednesday, 10 September 2025.

Please note that only members “in good standing” (as defined in the Constitution) are eligible to register and vote at the AGM. All outstanding payments must be made ahead of the AGM in order to participate in the AGM.
Those members who intend to attend the AGM physically, at the SAICA premises are encouraged to register to allow SAICA to make the necessary arrangements.
